I'm 6'3 12.4 stone :).
You might interpret your weight as being "overweight" when in actual fact you are well proportioned. Muscle tissue weighs more than fat, so scales are a complete waste of time if you have a lot of muscle mass.
Best judge of weight is by how comfortable you feel with yourself, and sometimes how people close to you see you. I know thats a bit shallow, but its true :P
