i've just recently returned from my school trip to vietnam and cambodia. apparently, spiders are a delicacy in some parts of cambodia.

there were 2 women at the market who held 2 full baskets of dead, squashed spiders.

one of them even had a tamed, pet spider. :P it wouldn't move when you place it on the floor, and likes to crawl all over the owner's arms.

I probably would've done the exact same thing so it doesn't even matter.
