There was this free music program which was talked about a couple of years ago.. something frog. What happened to that? Is it still US only? even though they said it was coming over here.

Ads play every 10 or so songs (At the end of a song). They are about 30 seconds long. They only one I have heard is some directgov one

Imo http://listen.grooveshark.com/ is better. Nothing to download and you don't get adverts playing.

Spotify also looks a lot better IMO.

wait for it. The 'smart arse' people will say its not as good quality as people upload the mp3s. The thing is, you flag it, and it gets reviewed. one song over the many played... Not all that bad and there is no application.

spotify looks like a slightly dimmer version than itunes, how is that good? Its slower to react too..

It is awesome, I've only had a few adverts and that was like back in November/December, but since then I've had the odd one or two till present day, and I use it a hell of alot. It's also got Last.FM support in it which is pretty new, and you can link people to music by right-clicking a song on the Spotify interface, and clicking "Spotify URI", which copies a link you can give to someone else who has spotify, and it opens the song for them.

Good program.

OHH And the quality is near enough the same as MP3, if not it is MP3 quality with the right sound settings.

I don't mind a 30 sec advert at all so its pretty awesome. No downloading listen to it INSTANTLY.
