I know you weren't, and it was his.

If he ensured staff actually went in and didn't let them slack constantly then the staff would be in alot more so more people see it on pop list/favs list or whatever and would come to see whos there and join convo etc.

As managers didn't encourage staff to actually come to work noone came, if they did they'd sit and afk or something, like you did most of the time come in and sit on afk chair or stand in door.

I never stood in the door and I used to sit on the away chairs because I was using the forum and would look at habbo every so often, also I needed to report staff behaviour for reports :)

Some were active, others weren't.
The active staff still remain with the department, however the inactive ones don't. ;)
