Try sending again, sure you know but for those who don't. the +447 Is the 07 at the beginning of your number so don't add your own 07. So just do lets say my number was 07944555556 you'd put in +447944555556

Thats your choice, but a free domain for a year is a good thing.
If you want a domain for a long term use (Over a year) then don't use Ovh. If you just want a little blog or something then your fine.

the +44 covers the 07 on the beginning of your number. So put all the numbers after the first 2.
