I'm pretty sure using a remote to move something isn't his idea..

yeah because most remotes are able to change the angle of a tv that is embedded in a ceiling? lmao.

It's a simple thing using actuators and stuff, there will be something like it that already does the job, you can see this with projector screens, airplane LCD screens etc etc.
