7/7 and 9/11 was literally caused by the UK and America getting involved in proxy affairs.
The tranquil ones are the people from like Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Indonesia, Malaysia and the such.
Also, what a lot of you don't understand is that the 'Taliban' was a Sunni-Islam government back in the day.
The Bush administration and the Blair government never had any intention of doing anything proper in Afghanistan (a country which posed no immediate threat to Pakistan or neighbouring countries). The invasion took place something like 2 to 3 months after 9/11 giving Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban weeks and weeks to get the hell out of there. That said, even when they did invade its fighting a war you cannot win - its like fighting the Vietcong, your shooting and they just keep popping up slowly picking you off.Quote:
