Sorta rude.. but I mean, I had to ring Quinn Direct about car insurance and I could not understand a word she said.
I think you were being pretty rude to everyone tbh, as someone who works in a shop personally I know how annoying and frustrating rude customers like how you were being can be, so I can relate.
As for the request for someone English, I don't think that was overly rude, but I'm sure someone somewhere will have taken offence...
most of what what said throught was rude. :l
You were rude to the guys in there shop. "it's not their business" well your going there to ask them about it, so yeh it is and you were rude to the guy on the phone by what you said. Did you even give him a chance to try and help you?
Orange deserve everything they have coming to them. I'm 9 months into an 18 month Dolphin 35 contract with them and so far not a single bill has been correct and I've had 9 different phones. That's QUALITY service!
I don't understand people who go through phone after phone... respect your stuff.
You sound like a really nasty person.
I dont think you were that out of line, you have obviously been frustrated by the lack of help from your phone company so your nerves were frayed. I know what its like as well when you are ringing constnaly asking for help and you spend ages trying to get some foreign bloke to figure out what your saying (word to large companies, I know its cheap labour but they cant talk english).
Not really, I cannot understand them and they cannot understand me, so putting you through to someone who has a bigger grasp of the english language than the script in front of them would be helpful.
I had to speak to some indian guy when i called up microsoft, he was an alright guy preteh funny tbh and i understood him clearly even though he had quite a strong accent, i think you were a bit over the top.
