well considering evanora was partly fired for her attitude it's only right that someone with an equally horrible attitude, especially someone who has been an eo for a while now, was brought up

i don't really see the problem with starting 10 mins early, the event before was probably dead anyway and the room was quite full before 8pm so i wouldn't like to keep people waiting

also whilst @Evanora; kick decision didn't follow the warning system rihanna and cassie were continuously bothering her

The only thing I said to Evanora was to use the warning system, then I never spoke again. That is not 'continuously' bothering her.

I may have been bothering her, But she kicked me for no reason and should have done the warning system.

From what I've gathered it seems like exactly what's happened to a lot of people in the past, but the consequences are much higher this time. LOADS of people have been rude, and even after an official complaint nothing is done, and lord knows I've seen tons of events start early, hell, I've started my own early in the past and never been told off.

I'm not saying either side is blameless, and I'm not here to judge as I don't know the full story but it does seem a bit questionable.

Come on now guys, this shouldn't be another thread picking on who has done this or aiming at reasons they should or should not be fired - it is a Congratulations and Thank You thread. If you have any complaints or whatever else just PM general management. This is because dishing things out like this in threads like these lead to further arguments and rudeness towards others. if anything this just brings up not that she should have used the warning system but that the warning system is stupid and flawed in the first place in all honesty.

remember my pool attack it was woooorse GOD and I still managed to go through it but I was giving so many warnings and to eo's staff lol TOO MUCH IS TOO MUCH

What has been posted here is all very one sided and it seems everyone is jumping to the defence of Evanora without actually seeing any proof of what went on. As this thread seems to be generating a lot of arguments and is getting out of control, I will ask anyone who has a problem with Evanora's dismissal to contact Jade, Matt and Myke via private messaging.
