Like someone mentioned with the moderation department policing the event, I think other departments should do some work too! The events department can organise some party games, the competitions department can do like a pub quiz style competition, the news department can take photos and update the twitter with all the evenings developments, idk about the rest

we are all fairly close anyway and if not we can get to know each other on skype before it happens
as long as ur not a person there lookin for drama then it'll be fun
sit in a big circle to avoid the little friendship group thing and get drunk and make new friends

first time i met hxfers i didnt realize until on the day that i actually hadn't had a proper convo with 2/3 of them.... lmao so i didnt know what i could/couldnt say/act etccc
but meeting scott was fine it just felt normal

i think it'd be fine, we're all losers meeting up off the internet so no one has the right to be snobby/rude and no one should feel scared of anyone
