Ye I suppose the, it's gonna be on TV so you get free advertising is a big perk.

i cant believe anyone would buy a candle for like £20
Pitch wise it depends on who's selling - if someone had something that could be good they probably wouldn't charge them for the pitch as at the end of the day they'll make money if they can sell it. The people making the product designing etc. are probably paid by sugar at the end of the day it's not the important thing the important thing is what they come up with and what they do with that
The thing that always amuses me is most week someone ignores the market research Oh I remember one year someone asking something along the lines do the french love their children.
Found it

Apologies, I wasn't referring to the product pitch, but more the placement of their stall. For example, then they are selling in a huge shopping centre - pitches there do not come cheap.
It is very important - they haven't made £500 profit, if their fixed costs happen to be huge (which they always are, realistically). No normal person can do what they do on the Apprentice, because no normal person can set up their stall in the middle of one of the biggest shopping centres in the UK without any outlays.
Sadly it would make boring TV if they had to secure the places do all the paperwork etc. Basically they have the tools the show's about how they use them. The women in the video I posted I think her business idea she hadn't thought of the cost of anything and thought she'd just make full profit
loving this series so far
roisin would absolutely get it
I could sense that ending last night. I thought all three of them were equally useless and he did seem very iffy about ella throughout the last 15 minutes, but yeah still wow at it.
that ******* idiot, the woman was about to start negotiating a price with toys r us and he holds out his arm to cut her off and then sells thirty for a tenner jesUS

this geography game is actually okay though, but not very unique as it builds upon charades just with a specific category.
IS ANYONE STILL WATCHING THE APPRENTICE :¬:
im watching it, daniel's kissing prayer thing made me laugh both times he did it.
so does your sig, been meaning to say that for a while but forgot lmaooo.
Since when has 'funnily' not been a word?
Granted, not in the context they wanted to use it, but it is still a word...
Yeah James did better than usual but he's all about shouting the loudest even if he has nothing good to say. The women was stupid for doing the borough exclusivity deal and could have lost them the task.
Surprised Daniel is still in but the project manager didn't listen to the market research and surprised they sold any of the product. Daniel should have done better though considering he does pub quizzes
i want james to sit on my face
i want daniel to be fired
im so glad roisin has piped up this episode ive actually noticed she's been good the past few tasks rlly
and this episode has been so snitchy (rhyme)....... i LOVE IT
AND FINALLY HE'S GONE **** YES
YES MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY JAMES IS SO ANNOYING
roisin basically spent the entire episode sayin no james. stop it james. dont be an idiot james. james what are u doing. james no.
me and my mum want roisin to win; she's the only one there not full off ******** and clichés
Because the Apprentice isn't about the business partner. Alan Sugar doesn't run that program hoping to make millions; he knows as well as anyone the people are picked solely on who will be entertaining on TV. A good business plan? Yeah, that is just a side attraction.
Omfg at the skeleton??? i thought it was a pretty clever idea tbh LOL can someone explain how he actually came up with the 310 fine for it? :S
i am SO SHOCKED that daniel hasnt gone again wtf.
haha that skeleton should've counted. it was like ikea flatpack wardrobes. youd still call it a wardrobe!
then again the short silence and look that karen, alan and nick gave this skeleton when it was on the table was telly comedy gold
I think Daniel is one of the few that is growing throughout the process. Daniel, mark and roisin are all very strong characters and the other team are god awful, especially that black one that looks like the predator from alien bloody hell the size of the forehead.
Felipe needed to go weeks ago but everyone loved him too much bring him into to boardroom. Judge sugar did the right thing.
~~from phone
So what did everyone think of the interview stage
I felt really sorry for Solomon - Yes you need a good business plan but it would have been nice if he could have spoke about it at the end of the day the business idea might have had some merit but just not shown in the correct way but the guy interviewing him didn't even bother to talk about it
Oh god yeah i forgot to post here.
Completely agree with what you said about soloman, i feel like I actually vaguely know everyone elses business idea and yet he never got the full chance to explain his idea enough. Being complimented by Claude that much then told to get out is downright disgusting and I felt so so sorry for him. Though actually PMSL at him walkin away.
Surprised bianca actually has a good idea considering i think shes been bland and boring throughout the ENTIRE process, not sure whether those tears were fake but it was a bit unfair people were questioning whether she's a fake or not.
ERM roisin i thought shed do well but terrible business idea, quite glad daniel's gone though i agree he improved a lot through the process
AND Im still undecided about mark. I've never excessively liked him but uhh i just don't know what to think?
Can't believe nicks leaving!!
