You surely cannot comment on taste if you have never tried a pretzel? :L Name is irrelevant - if the picture I posted is what is sold in Portugal, then they are simply straight pretzels.

From the moment everyone likes the actual pretzels and no one here likes the thingies sold, I am pretty sure they don't taste the same. And you can call it whatever you want, it's not pretzels for us.
