Kind of, i know its about the will of the person or something, but still not entirely sure how they use it or why rayleigh couldnt use it after a while. Also, say if i can read the spoiler or not :P dont wanna spoil anything

Its still not been explained yet. But member i said remember shanks saving luffy. He used Haki way back in ep 3. And Luffy and Boa have the special Haki. Also some people think Zoro has haki but that hasnt been proven
