Just got to the champion of johto and died on his 4rd pokemon, lance's gyarados crit my gyarados which was pretty unlucky, leaving me with gengar which is terrible against dragon :(

Pretty much lol, the grinding is way to long winded so i cba. I'll most likely just train up a team when I get I've done the majority of hoenn or something because by then i'll have a nice amount of cash to afford some decent pokes.

Come across this in Toto cave, would of prefered it if it was a totodile but still cool. :)

Nice on the special attack and HP, still obv not the strongest poke around but collectors will like it :P

Where abouts are you currently? I think I last see you mention that you'd beaten the normal gym?

Fiiiinalllyyy got my pokemon trained up to get past the first of the elite 4, though I think I just got very lucky xD

Now to grind more to be able to get through the rest..



edit; managed to get bruno's last pkmn to half health but made a bad choice in move..xD

This is what I'm going with atm, not a clue if it's gonna work in the long run as i'm still learning the basics, but it's working so far!


Only issues i'm having so far is lombre's speed (if I increase its speed EV it increases its speed right? The ev/iv stuff confuses me)
and also beedrill is letting me down, I'm only really keeping it in cos of its endeavor move
