If i was manager, that would put me off of hiring.

I might apply but I don't really want to be a mod, so I don't see the point. I hate telling people off for stuff I do. Its so hypocritical.

I think i am banned from being staff, I ask Pro-Alex but apprently its confitdential so Im not allowed to know, and Im not wasting my time filling out an app for nothing.

Even if you weren't on the DNHL, then why would you want to become a MOD if you don't like wasting your time? If you moderate, you'll be doing it for nothing - so if you can't be bothered to fill out an application then surely you couldn't be bothered to moderate.
