The BETA client wont work for me. It loads up but just gives me a blankhotelcrane view. Old Habbo works fine :).
Whole UK site is down for maintenance break could possibly be V38?
They dont update the hotel half way through the month, its normally once every month that it gets updated with a new version. This is probably just standard maintenance
Updates are almost always on Mondays or Wednesdays (only during the day on Wednesday)
