I think they'll say sorry to the general and then Michael and the gang will work with the company in order to get scylla back and earn their freedom
lmao they wont ever work for the company nless the program goes seriously downhill
Reasons why:
the company are the reason that burrows was in prison in the 1st place
the company killed alot of the freinds and family
the company has tried to kill them several times
so unless the program goes screwy they will never work for the company
they could because they want to catch don self

Just a theory. But there are not alot of episodes left (2 i think?) so it can't really go in depth unless it's going to end on a cliffhanger for season 5.
