Option one is good, I'd wait for the Xbox 360 to be released for a while, think, there arn't going to be a wide range of games for it at first, it'll be cheaper (deals and bundles for sure) and you'll have time to play all the new to come games for the PSP :)

Sony are launching most of there games next year, although there isn't a massive seletion of games for it at the monet, GTA Liberty City Stories will keep you occupied until then ;)

I am getting the 360 and Kameo whatever happens. But I can still do it with the PSP on Friday. I'll speak with my parents tomorrow.

I would also like to get that game with the Xbox 360, but at the moment, PSP owns.
