Hmm, I may be able to use mine in shops, I havn't tried yet as I've just received it. I know I can apply for a PayPal account. I think the purpose of not using my Cash Card, I've got a cheque book instead which is quite snazzy :) and then I can write cheques out for clothes and stuff.

Either way, I can still but stuff if I don't have the money on me :) Thanks for letting me know ;)

You need to be 18 for a credit card, but not a debit.

You dont need to be any paticular age, you need a CC or debit card either..

Just get people to donate the money to you..

You need a debit to transfer money into there though..
