Sounds like a good weight loss method to me.
I'm sure you want to one day move on from being depressed and be a happy person, and seriously..how can you do that with a constant reminder of those rough times from the annoying scars on your arms.
Not being able to wear a neat t-shirt, because the sleeves arn't long enough to cover the embarresment of your scars, little issues are big issues for sensitive people.
Just be strong, you don't need to express your sadness physically just to heal from sadness, or get attention, they're are alot more positive ways to get over depression.
How did you feel when you overcame bulimia, did you feel relieved and proud?
The things that don't kill you only make you stronger, so cliche, but it's so true aswell, so don't let it kill you and just stop. It will be so easy if you put your mind to it, don't allow yourself to become sad, you're gonna get hurt again, but it doesn't mean you're gonna have to cut again.
Not really, it wrecks you're teeth from forcing acid up from your stomach, hair can fall out from lack of nutrients and many more frightening risks.Quote:
