Actually, the television was patent number 30,105 in Germany, but the construction of said invention never took place. So it was invented and patented in Germany, but constructed by a Scot who lived in London who needed much help from an American, Philo T. Farnsworth, who publically demonstrated the first electronic television image in 1928.

Irn-Bru owns everything.
