What I did was buy a big bulk of rare's of someone who wants to get rid quick. I then spent my time trying to sell them to people and after selling all of them, made a bit of profit.
Then I kept on doing this.
Also opening a casino is a good idea, because you can put rights and booth prices quite high,
And ofcourse you would make alot of furni out of dealing
