Yet another thing Thorpe Park beat Alton Towers with..

Alton Towers has very little, if any security presence..

Thorpe Park have very visable security, in police type uniforms. Infact, they have the same handcuffs as the police.

Makes you feel a little safer I guess

Not really, but acts as a deterant to trouble causers.

Plus, they don't think twice about handcuffing you and removing you from the park.. For the slightest thing of queue jumping, well cucumbers.

It does add to the security though, If someone became violent then they would actually come in handy, I guess thats what they're there for...

alton towers is fun.. i didn't even see a security camera when i went..

Me too - They have them on all the rides to make sure you not doing something suspicous in the carts I guess.
