Here is my screenie.:eusa_danc

atm its 35 with whip no pots and no prayer

when i get 99 strength ill get a screenie of my max dharoks hit with full potted and prayer

Just found out I can hit 57 apparently with all my stuff and super pot sets etc.

68 With full dharoks, 1HP in duel arena against a friend. I have screenie somewhere.
I used:

D B axe spec
Full dharoks
Fury amulet
Rune boots
obby cape
Super str pot
Super att pot
Strength prayer
