As i work for mcdonalds :D, i shall tell you some more facts!
- Mcdonalds claim that there beef burgers are "100% Beef" however they often use parts of the cows which are suppose to be un-edible!
- Sometime they dont even use beef, they use anything they can get there hands on like donkey meat.
- The onion used on: big macs, quarter pounders, cheese burgers, hamburgers, double cheese burgers and bacon double cheese burgers isnt even onion! Its made up by adding water into a solution which then is left to dry up to form crystals which look, feel and taste like onion.
- Their salads contain sugar
- A large soft drink contains almost twie the amount of sugar you are suppose to have a day
- Food is given a "5 second floor limit" meaning that anything dropped on the floor is still served if it is picked up within 5 seconds
- They still salt: chips, fish and burgers even though they have been ordered to not do this any more
Although that all sounds bad, mcdonalds also do more then people think about, food safety, the enviroment, animal rights etc...but it wouldnt be as fun talking about all the good things they do :)
the soft drink think DOESNT apply if it's diet..
no it doesnt apply for the sugar, but if its diet it has in almost twice the amount of caffine you are suppose to have a day.Quote:

There junk now in almost most foods we eat now. Its not just McDonalds and that. You don't know what companies put in their food products, you can only go by the labels on the packets.
