Ok, im pretty sure some of these badges were given out in one of the christmas competitions. As im remember some people talking about them.
Also badges aren't just given out accidently, the staff have to make an effort to give someone the badge.

I would say we were given the badges last night as I doubt staff would have done it today. So maybe he just reloaded and realised he had it?
