That means there is a 50% chance they will stay and a 50% chance they will go, not 100% they will go.

I think that it would stay. If not, it is practically pointless since everyone online would have the badge [Since they are online in December, they have it] The badge would be useful maybe a year later when it becomes more rareQuote:
