do eadgars ruse quest = 11k herb xp, that should get you to 38 herblore
buy ranarrs for 7-7.5k provideyour own snape grass and make 500gp - 1k profit per prayer potion

You can mine clay south of Varock and make it in to soft clay, it sells for 350gp+ each to members.
