Oh my God, he is obviously the epitome of all that goes against us, why don't we hunt him down, shove a cross through his heart and rub garlic in his eyes. Not that I care, but at the risk of repeating what everyone else has basically just said- okay prima facie, he's slacking, where does it say that he is? Please find me the MOD handbook/thing that states otherwise.
