I'm openly bisexual to my close friends but some people at my school think I'm just gay. I occasionally get called a *** but I think that's cause I wear girl pants. That might stop when I start wearing boy pants cause girl pants are getting uncomfortable and annoying.

Well, things are very different where i am (London). The trooth is it is more accepting down here, however it depends on the area. The first school i went to when i was in year 7 (now closed by ofstead because it was sooo crap- like most schools in the area) the only guy to come out got stabbed. Believe me or not it doesn't really matter. The thing is you need to be in an environment where people will accept you to be gay. The school im in now is in a nice area, there are loads of gay people there and everything is verr public, for example gay guys/girls show their affection in public (ie. touch and kiss) and no one treats it any different than if it was a guy and girl. Pretty everyone in my year of about 400 knows im gay, even though i havn't told anyone, and tbh i dont "act very gay".
Anyway i think that people are bullied for a number of reasons:
1) They just dont like you, its just an excuse
2) Its just the mentallaty (sp?) of the people in your area.
3) Its just used as an insult and does not mean you are gay, calling someone gay is used in the same way as **** head
4) Loads more i can think of but i cba to write them

It's seen as a massive, new thing when you first come out but like a week after it's back to normal hehe
People just like new things to obsess about.

If they try I **** them up :)

In my opinion, there is nothing to be bullied about. I respect everyone regardless of their sexuality. I find that being openly gay is better than hiding it.

I bullied the gay kid in school but that was just because I didn't like him.
