ermmm well thats nice i dont think it is that bad and i do a competing site i9t is unfair for u to call it rubbish i dnt think the 200 or so visitors that visited it think so either

It takes ages to learn how make/code templates. Took me a year ish 2 get 2 where i am now =(
And you don't need money to make a good website at all. Infact ... none!
