Nah currently it's God Save The Queen, the others I mentioned are just patriotic songs (and happen to be much better)

It is time for a change I must agree, alot of people don't know ALL the words to the current one. (myself included :S)

The current British anthem ios God Save the Queen. The Irish one, is Amhran bh fiAnna or something like that, translates into A Soldiers Song. We should change British anthem to the Austin Powers Theme Tune, I realized that when I saw the 1st Austin Powers Introduction!! The British Anthem lyrics are-

God Save Our Gracious Queen
Long Live Our Noble Queen,
God Save The Queen!
Send Her Victorious!
Happy And Glourious!
Long To Reign Over Us!
God Save Our Queen!!

God Save Our Queen is the royal anthem of every country in the commonwealth like Canada and Australia so it'd be hard to sing about like 7 different countries. I don't think national anthems are ever about the nation, like America's is about war.

Do you guys have to change your national anthem when she dies?
