Barrage hits harder and I think you're not able to attack for a few seconds.

Yeah if it was 30 secounds, fights would be alot, and I mean alot longer.

It stops you moving for 20, however you can still attack via range, farcast etc.

Ice barrage has little if any advantage over blood barrage.

He just wants to boost his odds of a good win ;)
