mine was trippng over lining for a conservertly (sp?) building my dad was making with a glass jar in my hand and slitting my wrist :P had to have 23 stiches and I was only 7 :D

getting part of my toenail cut out and the anesthetic ran out so I could feel the sharp scissors going in behind my nail :)

getting a pool ball thrown at my head x]

Reading this thread

dropping a boiling hot iron on my hand, running into a table & my nail came out & falling full pelt into the metal part of a gate.
