I had a similar problem once, I said that I scripted my camera for a joke, and I ended up getting a 7 day ban.
Then, when I tried to appeal it they rejected and turned my ban into a perm.

my account .65 got banned for saying "im banning you" i meant it in the term of im banning you from my room, and i got permed, lost about 300t, if anyone canget it unbaned ill give them 40t

Explain that to them and you will get unbanned unless there is more evidence against you.
