It's a known fact that Habbo's offices are located there. It's no big secret, their postal address is even published on Sulake's website - as are all the other global Habbo offices.
Do your research, and you soon figure out the location.

You will find it difficult to enter the building, without prior permission, or a security pass. You only managed to get in for this convention due to it a) being a public event, and b) you possibly had tickets/admission & permission.
