As for the hour release, it does seem like quiet a good tac-tic. There is absolutely NO way they'd release it during school time. Where's the profit in that? I would guess it will be out on Wednesday. As to why, I don't know, but that would be my guess.
Value wise? 10hc after out of Cat -IMO-.
As long as it's not petals again. I did bad last time they came out. Lost 6-7 thrones, good thing they went back up.
