I have the same problem.
If you wait for a bit when you get the white pic.. it comes up.
Mine looked nothing like the picture I uploaded though?
i just got the dougnut spinning around.
I didn't save the picture i did of my sister yesterday because i accidently clicked simpsonize new pic and now its not working with any of the pictures i try it says it can't find a face even if it could yesterday. :S
am i the only person its worked for?

I think it's too busy seeing as it was posted in part of an update on the most visited site on the web. So yano it probably will work in a couple of days when the fuss has gone down :]
