I think its pretty good!

But maybe make the habbos smaller compared to hotel and maybe darken the whole colour of sky + ground to give it a more sinister look :D

You need the prisoners to be able to fit through door!

I think a lot of work needs to be done to make this elite.

Make it more dull and gloomy.

dont know if anyone caught this, but the habbos on the side's foot might be the only thing that could fir through the hotel door.

Maybe:

• Bars on windows
• A wired fence
• A police car in front of the building
• Not so green?
• A bit more gloomy?

Just some suggestions ^^. Be creative and unique, it will give you a better chance for elites!
