Like Lozzoling said. He says it as in Habbo in general and maybe it's somthing to do with the actual homepage. After all we have had that same background for a few months.

Its probs not v16, the dcrs havnt been uploaded yet, and when they do upload them its about 3 week before habbo.fi get them and then about 2 months till we get it :(
