How Do I Make My Rep thing Work?

You have to earn rep trading people. If you trade me, for example, and go first, I leave you rep :)

first, Stop Typing Like This. you wont get any respect because you just look like an idiot who abuses the shift key.

second, your new on this forum with 14 posts.

third, your rep block is red so there for not many people like you.

so I doubt anyone will go first for you so I suggest you going first for someone who is trusted on this forum.
