I read, but if you want people to work for you, you'll need to pay them, I told this to I.technical the other day.

They are getting paid in a way, they are getting half of ALL revenue. Say this website made £1000 in the first year for example, they would get £500, and this would continue for as long as the business lasted.

Nor can I, however its called risk and risk assessment. I have done alot of research and I have put together a business plan. You can never say you are going to make money - it all depends on what happens.

We aim to make our money first from advertisement, and then start charging for some of our services.

Darren, you're 12 years old. Your business plan is probably "lets make money" Risk & Risk assesment is to find about security flaws, health & safety. Nothing about the staff.
