In the T+Cs that you agreed to when registering you agreed to being able to be banned for anything or nothing.

And as far as I'm aware Sulake only give you money back for credits in the purse that were bought via credit card, phone etc not traded.

I got banned on Hoovers for T&C Violation never told me what I done.. someone posted a link/phone number to get unbanned forget what thread it was in.
