& I have two sugars + milky tea.

none because it is very bad for your little teeth especially as you lot are still growing and if anything serious happens over the christmas period im not accepting any more nhs patients

a few teaspoons of sugar when I do drink tea. and i think i chose the wrong option lol, confusing >_>

a spoon full of sugar helps your tea have more flavour! :P
