Im not accusing him of ripping im just saying it looks similar, it looks like the exact same thing just diff colours and images.

That's a nice layout you have there. The only thing I dislike is the yellow "DJ Says" bar.

Sure, there are some differences, but there are many many similarities. It's even the same shade of green for goodness sake!
You can't see it from the zoomed out image, but the text on the userbar is also the same across both.
Like I said, I'm not pointing any fingers, I'm pointing out how similar they are.
Like you said, a lot of sites look the same. So why not try and be original and do something different?
