I especially like the sacks which can clearly represent the sacks of toys in santas sleigh. Great use of furni.

I'm not too keen on it myself, but it's personal opinion. I'm not gonna say you should add this and that because I don't know what it's lacking, it just doesn't appeal to me.

anyway, it does look like you've just thrown in there whatever was in your hand.. try making the plants all yukkas and pines so that it looks like it's flying over treetops, not just random crap. and you could add gingerbread houses as a little neighbourhood or something. also, yeah it needs reindeers.
