First of all, 14 is way to young to be losing your virginity man. Second of all, and I know I sound like a parent here, but sex is meant to be something you will remember for the rest of your life. Ruin it at 14 and you'll remember it as the biggest mistake of your life. I suggest you get yourself a girlfriend, and not just a one week 'along for the ride' girlfriend - a serious one (perhaps wait a couple more years), and wait till you love her enough to dedicate yourself to her and her to you.
