The scandal I think was when Jibbi was like doing a lottery with a normal Habbo member for thrones and tickets costed hcs and thrones, and then that member ran off with the thrones but got banned.

a very rich habbo - cant remember who, persuaded jibbi to advertise their lottery, and so jibbi made it official thinking they'd pay up
but they did a runner with all the thrones lol, i bet they wouldn't have banned them if they didn't make it official, but cos they made it official they probably felt like they had to do sumit lol
