She's your 2nd cousin, and legally you would do be nothing wrong. Yeah, maybe some people may not agree, but it's your life, and your decision - so do what will make you happy :)
Just to clear up confussion, your 2nd cousins are either your mother/fathers first cousins OR your first cousins children. Personally I would do my 2nd cousins as they're all between 40-60 years old.
