And after your done you shouldn't be able to get up.
So it's handy to drink some water after it.
Then when you feel like it's getting easy increase them to 10 more and so on.

Im doing around 10-15 now so ill steadily increase it
Well in 3 months i've lost 1/2 a stone in fat and gained about the same in muscle. Just through doing 20-50 sit-ups and push-ups a night. Six pack ftw
